This policy outlines the principles to help deal with grievances fairly, promptly and at the point of origin.

Grievance Resolution Policy

We give top priority to students’ well-being and satisfaction. Every satisfied Student’s word of mouth recommendation is our strongest marketing tool.

Students can seek advice from any of our staff. Alternatively, students with problems or concerns may wish to contact our hotline at 65-63721283 and speak with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Dispute Resolution Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a guide through which Uniapolis and its customers/students can resolve any dispute in a timely and fair manner as they arise.Policy

This Policy applies to all students and customers of the school and shall be aligned to the dispute resolution provision in the Private Education Act.
